This was absolutely DELICIOUS and I got another item on my July goal list checked off. It was pretty easy to make, especially when you compare it to a lot of other Martha Stewart recipes. My family loved it and I can't wait to eat the leftovers today for lunch. The only problem I had with this recipe was the meatballs stuck to the pan as I was trying to brown them and a few kinda fell apart.
I think I'm doing pretty good on my project to become more like Martha. And I know that my family would agree. My mom brought me three cookbooks yesterday and said, "You know how I like to encourage your projects." Aww....I love my mom. She does like to encourage my projects. When I decided I wanted to try jewelry making after my FMIL (future mother in law) taught me how, my mom took me to Michael's and practically bought every bead they had to offer. Did I mention she's a little nutty? It's where I get it from. As my stepdad would say, "The nut doesn't fall far from the tree."
I'm going to make this recipe again soon, and if you want to make it, you can find it here.
