Yesterday, I was excited to make the fresh orange and yogurt tart from the Everyday Food magazine. It’s a healthy dessert with only 238 calories per serving. I didn’t have a tart pan, so my husband and I went to the Gourmet Kitchen to buy one. When we walked in, we realized they were doing a free wine and cheese tasting. What a good surprise! We also learned about the cooking classes they have there, and we’re both excited to try one out.

Then I forgot to add the flour and wondered why the crust didn’t look like the one that Martha made on a recent show. I thought I over pulsed it in the food processor, because Martha is extremely strict about not over processing a crust. I didn’t realize it was due to a major missing ingredient. I put it in the oven to bake and realized when there was 3 minutes left that I didn’t add the flour. Here’s what the crust looked like:
I’m going to try it again today.
