On Wednesday night I made stir-fried honey-ginger chicken with peppers from the January/February 2010 edition of Everyday Food. While I was cooking it, my husband and I both thought it was going to be too sweet, because it smelled really sweet. However, we both loved it. It was better than a lot take-out Chinese dishes and at 402 calories a serving, it was much more figure-friendly. I’ll definitely be adding this one to my “must make again” recipe pile.
