Rating (1-10): 8The other night my husband and I made pork chops (our own recipe) with two side recipes from Everyday Food: swiss chard with orange and old-bay sweet potatoes. They were delicious and easy to fix. We were able to fix them all at the same time and in under 45 minutes. Relatively quick and painless: two things I love when cooking. I would definitely recommend both of these recipes, and just in case you didn’t read it earlier, you should really pick up the January/February 2010 Everyday Food, because it’s packed with yummy entrees, sides, salads and desserts.
