I purposefully picked a recipe from the Martha Stewart website, because some readers have been asking for the recipes of food that I write about on this blog. I can't post the recipes, because that would be a big copyright no no. So, I decided to make something that I could easily link to in case readers want to join in on the fun and try out one of these delicious recipes.
These fast chicken fajitas lived up to their name. They were fast and tasty. I made them on a weeknight and served them with an appetizer of guacamole and tortilla chips. I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants a Mexican-style dinner without spending more than 30 minutes in the kitchen.
